She has been very active in coordinating "Meet and Greets" so that new owners/renters know what is available for them in Nutley. The "Meet and Greets" brought residents of Cambridge heights together with the developer, local politicians and merchants.
She has displayed her talents when it came to negotiating problems between the developer and unit owners. Her knowledge of real estate, the law, Nutley and the mediation process has turned unhappy unit owners to satisfied unit owners.
Janet is Nutley's number one resident. She has given more to this community in the form of time, money and caring. She sponsors children's parties at Easter time, Halloween and sleigh rides at Christmas. Planned and executed "Pool Parties" marketing sales of Town Houses at Cambridge Heights. And she treats every one with dignity and respect.
